(Camping)
Index, Washington and the north fork of the Skykomish river was the site of the latest adventure in Camppy. Russ & I headed up a 25 mile stretch of road full of public campsites, only to find that the road was closed after just 5 miles, making most of the sites inaccessible. A rogue part of the river had completely destroyed the street! Fortunately we found a good site, the last one available before the roadblock, and spent a few days there exploring, fishing, partying with other campers and eating like kings.
We met Guitar Bob and Red Eye Rob, who were prepping for a nine-guitarist get together. They treated us to a live acoustic guitar set right there in the middle of nowhere.
